Job description

• Monitor daily operational data of business, including core indicators such as customer activation, conversion and retention based on daily business operation data analysis.
• Responsible for the research and exploration of the Fintech industry, user analysis and products.
• Operate backend system and coordinate closely with backend development and operational department.
• Able to work with minimal supervision (responsible and high sense of ownership).

Requrement

• Prior experience in product operations in remittance & payment gateway is a plus.
• Able to work in cross functional environment.
• Exposure and/or knowledge of remittance & payment gateway.
• Good attention to details and thoroughness for data.
• Intermediate with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent communication skills; able to present information in a clear.
• Proactive and problem solving mindset, able to work independently and hands on using product.
• Diligent, willing to learn, pro active & hardworking.
• Highly motivated with the spirit to learn new things.
