Lowongan Fluidcon Technician di PT Epiroc Southern Asia

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Work based on the assignment given by Foreman
• Handle, report and record any problems in the field to his direct supervisor
• Install accurately for Auto Lube until commissioning process complete
• Install accurately for FSI until commissioning process complete
• Conduct service and repair for Auto Lube
• Conduct service and repair for FSI
• Conduct Hose Fabrication
• Create activity report of FSI & Autolube, also daily activity report and system checking
• Increase unit utilization
• Conduct inspection (for example for drill unit or customer’s plant/facility
• Responsible for all tools and company equipments while on duty in the field or workshop
• Comply with safety procedures and committed with the implementation
• Follow the rules determine by company or customer to do the job
• Conducting Take 5 before working
• Follow SHEQ procedure
• Immediately report to direct superior any “Near Miss, Incident and Accident”

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• Hold Minimum SMK in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Mining or relevant.

EXPERIENCE

• 1 -3 years experience as technician in the similar industry. Preferably from mining, Heavy equipment or similar industry for fire, lube and hose system.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILL

• Basic SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality)
• Understanding of Epiroc product knowledge align with his/her technical competence
• Basic Mechanical, Tooling, Hose & Fitting, Hydraulic, Fire Suppression System & Auto Lubrication System
• Ability to create daily activity form and Failure Analysis Report (FAR)
• Ability to create hose and fitting and do inspection
• Abiliy to use the email application and Microsoft office application
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English in oral and written

PLACEMENT : KALIMANTAN (Candidate must be willing to relocate if required)
