We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect/Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of residential projects, and multi-unit buildings. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining the highest level of quality and design.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of residential projects from concept to construction documentation
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and translate them into design concepts
• Develop design options and solutions that are functional, innovative, and aesthetically pleasing
• Prepare and review detailed construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Ensure that all design work meets relevant building codes and standards
• Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Oversee the work of junior designers and drafters
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in architectural design and construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on residential or commercial projects
• Experience managing architectural projects from conception to completion
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
• Strong design skills, with the ability to conceptualize and communicate design ideas through sketches, renderings, and models
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, contractors, and other team members.
