Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mandarin Linguistic/Management/Architect/Civil/Electrical Engineer
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin (more valuable);
• Understand government regulations; having good relationship with government agencies is more considered (Kementerian Perhubungan, Lingkungan Hidup, Kelautan, or Pemprov Kep. Riau)
• At least 4 year(s) of working exp. in the related field is required for this position or relevant role;
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel), ERP;
• Able to analyze feasibility study

Job Description :

• Planning and budgeting business project during its preliminary and operation stage ;
• Doing the market research;
• Searching the business opportunity for ongoing project;
• Manage & present business development plan;
• Maintain a good relationship between existing stakeholders;
• Negotiate & (if so) re-negotiate to certain stakeholders;
• Conduct internal feasibility study of potential land banks or projects as requested by the Company's owner
• Create financial modelling and projections resulting in profit margin
•  Reviewing and overseeing business performance of project
