Matchamu provides all naturally sourced FMCG products in affordable and casual form, against the existing instant powdered drink products which has many food additives and preservatives. Since starting their nation-wide market expansion in 2019, Matchamu has covered 279,000 store points in 28 provinces in Indonesia, increased 500x in manufacturing capacity, and managed to grow 22x on sales revenue (YoY) during its first year. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms. 

What You Will Be Doing In Your Role

• Responsible for the page design, picture optimization, cutout design and layout, packaging design, etc. of the e-commerce platform and company website, including detailed design of LOGO, text layout, etc., to enhance the image of the store and the company.
• Develop and execute new design concepts, graphics, and layout
• Work as a part of the Creative Team to execute campaigns, projects and contents well
• Learn and keep updated on creative trends and related information in design work.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Art, Communication design or any relevant subject
• Good computer graphic skill, familiar with Adobe creative suite application
• Rich knowledge of design and art.
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, dan Adobe Lightroom (Preferable mengerti basic dari After Effect/Premiere Pro)
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Strong knowledge of graphic design and online marketing
• Ready to be placed at Bantul Yogyakarta
