Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English, both written and speaking is a must
• At Least 1 years experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with the import industry is a plus
• Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays (if needed)
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Able to join ASAP

Job Description :

• Improving customer service experience, and creating engaged customers
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via email or chat
• Monitor customer complaints on CS system and reach out to provide assistance
• Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution
• Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
• Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
