Lowongan Tenant Relation Staff di PT Aeon Mall Indonesia

Requirement :

1. At least 2 years experience as tenant relation staff, marketing, or promotion in shopping mall or hospitality companies
2. Preferable have a experience in Shopping mall
3. Bachelors in marketing communication, Public Relation, or similar degree
4. Have a skill in English especially conversation
5. Have a good negotiation skill
6. Can analyze a business problem, responsible for achieve target, and can improve business
7. Can act quickly and work based on target\
8. Have a high hospitality spirit and can define work with tenant
9. Willing to work in all AEON MALL Project (Sentul, Tangerang, Cikarang, Jakarta)
10. Wiling to work shifting and in Public Holiday

Job Description

1. Creating good impression of mall management
2. COnduct daily checklist on tenant store condition include physical condition and store activities
3. Conduct daily checking to all operational area
4. identify, handling and actively coordinate regarding tenant complain
5. Monitor and evaluate status of completion action regarding tenant complain
6. provide daily report regarding daily operational activity
