Job Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Research venues and vendors that fit within budget
- Maintain event and exhibition budgets
- Responsible for overseeing particular tasks related to the event & exhibition planning process
- Meeting with vendors at the venue to help with set-up, collecting supplies and decorations, and working with another division to ensure the completion of a successful exhibition
- Analyze and evaluate exhibition’s results
- Responsible for goods stock
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year experience in same position
- Bachelor degree of Communication, Public Relation, Hospitality Management, or Marketing
- A professional demeanor and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Well-organized with excellent multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
