Qualifications :

• 28 - 40 Years Old ;
• Minimum Education S1/ S2 All Majors or Related to the educational needs of the company ;
• Minimum 5 Years Experience As Supervisor/ Manager Logistic in FMCG Companies and or those that are still related to the same business processes ;
• Have a Good Communication Skill's ;
• Strong Leadership and Team Management ;
• Able to Computer (Ms. Office) ;
• Ready to Join Fast ;

Main, Duties, and Responsbilities :

• Able to analyse and develop logistics system processes, as well as manage the team within the company to support the company's future business processes ;
• Provide leadership to logistics departments under control and coach, mentor and develop direct reports and manage a high-performing team that delivers continuous improvement ;
• Provide regular communication with the logistics team regarding performance, areas for improvement, company updates, etc ;
• Ensure that the function operates in accordance with policies and company quality standards ;
• Make daily, weekly and or monthly reports related to the progress of implementation related to the performance of the logistics team ;
• Conduct planning and evaluation related to the logistics process in the company, and participate in developing the logistics system that is currently running in the company ;
• Responsible for improvements to logistics cost efficiency & team empowerment.
