Job Description

Goals and Responsibilities for success

• Manage the maintenance assigned in the plant (mechanical, electrical, utility, welder, building)
• Implement the plant’s maintenance program to ensure all equipment’s high service reliability and performance 
• Check & update scheduled checklist for Machines & Equipment
• Providing relevant reports about Preventice Maintenance
• Implement daily check for all equipments & machines
• Monitor plan effectiveness and recommend changes as required
• Applying environment, health and safety (EHS) when working, determine the impact of workplace accidents, applying all procedures K3.
• Preventive maintenance implement activities well
• Carrying out quality inspections on jobs
• Take care and keep all the work tools
• Prepares and monitors maintenance budget, initiates purchase requisitions and work order requests, and reviews stock level of maintenance materials and parts 
• Coordinating with related organizations both internal and extrnal ones in order to give them the information or solve various problems and Implement best practices in developing mechanical technical
• Providing support, advice and making decision on solving the problems, including procedural documentations.

Experiences and Qualifications

• Have minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical and engineering
• Have minimum 5 years experience as Department Head in Maintenance or Engineering Department
• Have excellence knowledge about Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System, particularly on processes related to Maintenance
• Have knowledge of Project Management and budget control
• Have experience in preparing Master Data and implementing Management Information System on Predictive and Preventive Maintenance
• Preferable have experience in FMCG industry
• Have good communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills
• Excellent computer proficiency
• Understand ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, ISO 22000:2018 food safety management system and HAS 23000:1 halal assurance system
