People Operation Officer

Educational Background:

A Degree in Management is preferred.

Technical Skill Requirement:

• Experienced as HR Administrator/Payroll min 3 Years.
• Understand Payroll & PPh21 calculation.
• Understand Employee Administration.
• Understand Employee Relations.
• Understand Indonesian’s Labour Regulation.
• Famillar with Talenta or simillar HRIS

• Good communication & interpersonal skill.
• Able to work in a fast-paced working environment.
