Qualification:

1. Minimum 5 years experience in the position of GM / Sales Director

2. Have strong leadership skills, experience, in business management, planning, execution.

3. Have experience in HR management including recruitment, evaluation and administration.

4. Have the ability to work with all levels of the company, and have the ability to communicate vertically or horizontally.

5. Good behavior, discipline, responsibility, visionary, honest and loyal.

6. Can resolve problems, conflicts, and crisis situations within the company quickly and optimally

7. Can make decisions quickly and responsive

8. Have experience in other advertising media player or Agency Branding.

Jobdest :

1. Leading & Developing the company in accordance with the company's vision, mission and goals

2. Managing operations including planning, executing, coordinating, executing, monitoring and analyzing all business activities of the company.

3. Planning, managing and supervising the company's budgeting process

4. Plan, and control company policies so that they can run optimally

5. Ensure that each department executes the company's strategy effectively and optimally

6. Decide and make policies for the progress of the company

7. Create company procedures and standards, and ensure all SOPs run well

8. Make weekly & monthly reports to the CEO
