Responsibilities:

• Month end procedures and reporting, management accounts with cost centred accounts
• Payroll review and submission
• Training, developing and reviewing work of staffs
• Standard journal entries
• Year end and audit preparation including tax
• Verification and maintenance of fixed asset register in Excel (acquisitions, disposals)
• Stay up to date with legislation and regulations that affect the Company and department
• Understand all about Finance

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak and write Mandarin Chinese
• Minimum S1 (Bachelor Degree) Accounting, Tax
• Minimum age of 25-35
• Understand how Indonesian taxation system works
• Understand the basics of accounting
• Understand financing process (Invoice, Bill, Payment, Bank)
• Has a strong leadership and analysis
• Able to operate computer properly
• Proactive, highly motivated and responsible
• Able to work under pressure
• CV must be in Chinese
