• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum 3 years of experience on IT
• Preferred having knowledge on computer networking, such as LAN / WAN, TCP / IP, PC, Ms Exchange Server, Management Data Base, Project Management Tools
• Able to work on Documentation and Project
• Mastering Office Applications
• Able to speak English
• Have good communication and able to work hard
• Willing to travel around Indonesia

Job Description:

• Build services that communicate with server side at customers' site
• Design and develop tools to optimize support QA, deployment and support
• Performs general problem solving and assistance on diverse software applications and hardware systems
• Handling installation of software & hardware on clients
• Handling client troubleshooting
