Job Description:

1. Handle customer inquiries.
2. Deliver fast and excellent solution to customers.
3. Establish and maintain relationship with customers.
4. Well organized, capable and practiced in handling complex and multifaceted tasks.
5. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause of problem, selecting export and import services and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure solution.
6. Responsible for preparing & checking documents and reports on export-import activities to customers.
7. Coordinate with agents related to export, import and forwarding activities.
8. Good decision making and problem solve skill.
9. Attracts potential customers by answering product and services questions, suggesting information about other products and services.

Requirement:

1. Candidate must process at least a Bachelor Degree.
2. Having at least 2 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistic/ EXIM / Logistics Operation.
3. Familiar with transportation and forwarding services
4. Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
5. Having strong and well develop communication and interpersonal skill.
6. Good communication skill, well organized, high motivation, good analytical thinking.
7. Pleasant personality, tight in follow up and detail oriented.
8. Has ability multitasking person.
9. Handling and checking export import documents
10. Handling and checking invoice, B/L
11. Monitoring customer
12. Communicating with Customs (Bea Cukai)
13. Creating draft manifest for invoice detail as customer's request
14. Create Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report
15. Running according to company procedure

Job Requirements:

1. 22 - 32 years old
2. Minimal Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree from Logistics, Export Import, or related fields
3. Proficiency in English & Computer (Word, Excel, E-mail)
4. Familiar with PEB/ PIB documents & Invoice
5. Great personality and communication skills
6. A team player who is energetic, enthusiastic, and having high initiative
7. Have experience in freight forwarding company
