JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining a consistent standard on all products that meets both external and internal requirements
• Monitoring and evaluating internal production process
• Managing the quality functions & activities to meet company’s performance and objectives
• Supervising and advising on the performance of the quality management system (BRC-IoP & ISO 9001:2015)
• Designing product specifications
• Train and manage a team of Quality Control staff
• Work closely with Purchasing to establish quality standard requirements for supplier

QUALIFICATION

• Good general standard of education
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, additional languages are an advantage.

Additional desirable experience:

• Previous experience in a plastic injection manufacturing industry is considered as an advantage.
