Qualifications

• Experience as HRGA Manager role in property/ developer at least 5 years.
• Prior experience in manufacturing and / or jewellery company is a plus.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, or Human Resources Management.
• Strong working knowledge and experienced in MPP budget, recruitment strategies, KPI.
• Must be both task and people oriented.
• Deep understanding in all aspects of HR (talent acquisition, performance management, industrial relations, people development).
• Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.
• Strong experience in compensation & benefit with background from organizational development.
• Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong in analytical and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage GA functions to support business activities: office management, transportation, company assets management, ect.
• Responsible in employee legal matters and regulations (such as but no to limited to industrial relation, BPJS, Employment Contract, PP).
• Develop training materials, performance and talent management programs to help ensure employees knowledge and understand.
• Ensure the organization's compliance with the government regulations.
• Ascertain patterns of performance appraisal run in accordance with the provisions of management.
• Ensure for employee and regulation run smoothly.
