Job Description:

• Work with multiple composers and writers
• Researching artists or composers online or participating in music conferences to network with the
• Securing and managing a song-writing catalogues
• Monitor where musical compositions are used, report and collect royalties and distribute them to songwriters and composers.
• Promoting songs from the song catalogues
• Negotiating publishing contracts
• Liaising with other music industry specialists

Requirements:

• Have experience with a proven track record in a music-publishing or music-related role
• An emerging network of music labels, artists/musicians, and composers
• Passionate about music industry
• Must have a deep understanding and experience with music publishing including domestic and international music copyright, registration, release, royalty tracking and reporting.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English both spoken and written.
• Experienced using Microsoft Office tools
