Join Albagroup as a Group Marketing Manager and shape the marketing strategies for our diverse brand family, including Alba Ristorante, Casa Alba, Inferno, AND bar. Your role involves leading marketing campaigns, evaluating performance, and collaborating with our teams, all while bringing your marketing expertise, excellent communication skills, and keen eye for detail to the table.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and execute marketing and public relations initiatives to help us meet our company goals.
2. Craft and deliver compelling messages and products, with a focus on Albagroup's brands, including events and promotions.
3. Engage in various marketing activities that enhance Albagroup's reputation, image, and relationships with our customers.
4. Tell our story – who we are, what we do, why it matters, and how we make a difference.
5. Enhance and manage our brands' social media presence.

Requirements:

1. 6 to 10 years of Marketing Manager experience, preferably in F&B, Clubs, Fashion retail, start up (marketplace) or FMCG (Beauty and Cosmetics).
2. Proven ability to manage external PR and communications, including vendor, media, and business partner relationships.
3. A professional appearance, a strong sense of professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm when representing Albagroup.
4. A strategy to boost Brand Awareness.
5. Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
6. Plus, if you’ve got experience in brand management, that’s a big plus.
