Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Uraian Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Planning and running SHE programs
• Monitoring the implementation of SHE risk management to be effective and consistent by coordinating proactively and actively to fellow Section Head / Department Head in Head Office, Plant, and Site
• Conducting Safety Accountibility Analysis Program
• Conducting a review of risk management
• Carrying out directed, timely, effective, and efficient coordination of K3L guidelines and procedures for employees in the Head Office, Plant, and site
• Make specific SHE procedures in the Plant

Persyaratan

• Maximum 30 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Public Health
• 1- 2 year experience as SHE Officer
• Excellent AK3U knowledge
• Have the ability to innovate, be creative and make planning
• Able to socialize and communicate with others, listen to other people's opinions
• Have English language skills
• Able to work outside normal working hours
• Able to visit the site
• Have SIM A and C
• Able to absorb new things and have learning motivation
• Have a certificate related to K3 like AK3U, P3K, SMKP, SMK3, etc will be point plus
• Familiar with CSMS, HSE Plan, PJA & WIP
• Comprehend ISO 45001:2018 – ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2018, SMK3 & SMKP
