Lowongan Human Resources Manager di PT Hdg Branding Technology

• Ensuring all HR programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
• Responsible for overseeing the entire HR services activity (Recruitment, Staffing, Compensation & Benefit, Industrial and Employee Relation).
• Responsible to develop company policies and Standard Operation Procedure of HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Phycology, Business Management or related fields.
• At least have 10 years of working experience in related field.
• Good communication skill.
• Outstanding organisational ability with great attention to detail.
• Strong people and project management skills.
• Solid understanding of Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent Professional level English Language is a must.
• Fluent ini Korean or Mandarin Language would be a plus.
• From known F&B background preferred
