Position: Merchandiser

Location: WFH

Industry: International Trade / Export&Import

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00

[JOB REQUIREMENTS]

1. Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Have good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);

3. Have at least 1-year related experience, familiar with the documentary process, and able to effectively solve purchasing/order problems (cost, quality, time flow, delivery, etc.);

4. Have the analytical ability to grasp product quality and market price, and have basic supplier management experience;

5. Proficiency in operating office system software such as Ms. Office.

[JOB RESPONSIBILITIES]

1. To do a follow-up regarding quotation, order proofing, product quality supervision, delivery, payment verification, after-sales matters, etc.;

2. Make a clear order execution plan, discover and actively solve problems in a timely manner;

3. Maintain good relationships with suppliers; 

4. Regularly evaluate and actively analyze the existing supplier system;

5. Collaborate and assist other departments to carry out follow-up maintenance, innovation, optimization, product improvement, maintain market competitiveness, and other jobs if needed.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
