JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Perform mechanical installation and scheduled maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions on engine, hydraulic, pneumatic, gearbox, final drive, winches, and heavy equipment (big digger).
2. Ensure the implementation of preventive maintenance program
3. Implement schedules and priorities; assign, supervise, and review the work of Mechanical Maintenance Team in a wide variety of mechanical equipment; inspect work in progress and upon completion for compliance to standard practices
4. Have knowledge and responsible for items, such as oil, coolant, pumps, valves, compressors, swing drive, tire, engine, filters, grease, fuel, cylinders, hose, transmission, winch, track link, motors, barges

QUALIFICATION

1. Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering - with minimum IPK 3.00
2. At least 10-year experience in Mechanical work (experienced in Heavy Equipment is a must)
3. Preferably have working experience in heavy equipment dealer as mechanic or have Basic Mechanical Course
4. Requires exceptional time management, due to fast-moving, demanding work environment
5. Flexibility/availability for emergency call out and weekend work to meet the operational needs of the business
6. Must be willing to be placed in Balikpapan and must be willing to travel to remote areas in East Kalimantan for work purpose.
