Sales Technical Support Responsibility

-      Interaction with contractors for commercial, industrial or other building

projects.

-      Responsibility to complete his tasks and report his progress.

-      Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the

products and services work.

-      Work with the customers to ensure the product meets the system

requirements

-      Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and

offer pre-sales/post-sales support where necessary

-      Establish customer rapport and acceptance

-      Help clients to solve problems with product usage

-      Communicate with our sales and inventory team to ensure right quotation

and delivery

-      Follow-up customer inquiries and coordinate with purchasing team

Sales Technical Support Skill and Qualifications:

-      Reliable technical background in industry of rubber flexible joints, vibration isolators, valves, and stainless steel hoses

-      Good marketing skills

-      Ability to work independently and with others as a team

-      Ability to build client relationships easily

-      Analytical ability and great problem-solving skills

-      Presentation skills and ability to convey product value

-      Self-confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts

-      Ability to understand engineering drawings (autocad)

-      Have a valid driver license (SIM A / SIM C)

-      Highly motivated to learn and improve

-      Able to work in flexible hours (according to customer schedule)
