Job Description :

• Communicate with suppliers to ensure the accuracy of information in shipping records.
• Coordinating with other members of a team to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that products are delivered on time by coordinating with carriers such as trucking companies or railways.
• Supervising the loading and unloading of cargo onto trucks or ships to ensure that the items are transported safely.
• Preparing bills of lading and other shipping documents such as customs declarations and insurance policies.
• Coordinating shipments with customs officials to ensure compliance with international shipping laws.

Job Requirement:

• High School Diploma is welcome to apply.
• Having minimal 2 years of experience in similar job position.
• Good coordination and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Familiar with laws, regulations and ISO requirements as they apply to logistics.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
