Scope of Work:

• Commodity strategies; Implement Commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials.
• Standardization; Contribute to implementation and ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes and system to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance (e.g. compliant Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, Procurement guidelines, IT systems).
• Negotiations; Prepare and conduct negotiations for high Purchasing Volumes to obtain highest feasible savings.
• Savings and relevant KPI; Generate, document and implement savings and report on relevant KPI to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent.
• Supplier Management; Support Supplier Management processes (e.g. qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification); update Pemasok evaluation system to obtain and develop the best Pemasok and ensure transparency and high procurement quality.
• Have the ability to create analysis and reports.
• Have the ability to create work planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.

Requirements:

• Graduated from Bachelor's degree
• Have experience in Strategic Procurement / Supply Chain are for at least 8 years
• Good analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Detail oriented and data driven
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in working with large Excel files and complex data
• Leadership and experience manage team

Plus Point if you:

• Have experience in Custom Clearance
• Have experience in Inventory Management System
