Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities :

• Reporting to management daily 
• Responsible for reviewing all client documentation and maintaining all project information requests. 
• Creating project folders and project boards.
• Sourcing materials and hardware for client projects and updating on project boards.
• Monitoring and actioning emails and WhatsApp communication. 
• Assigning staff to project tasks and monitoring task time tracking.
• Ensuring project folders are up to date and staff are aware of and action all design changes.
• Control, monitor and ordering of office stock such as stationary, office equipment and kitchen supplies.
• Ordering materials and hardware for client projects and creating and assigning purchase orders. 

 Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma D3 or Bachelor Degree in relating degree of Interior Design
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Minimum 3 years work experience.
• Excellent memory skills and organizational ability, in order to set priorities, organize workload, handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines 
• Fluent in computer use and office software.
• Proficient in the use of file sharing apps like Dropbox and OneDrive.
• Be able to record minutes of meeting efficiently.
• Trustworthy and attention to details is a must
• Good appearance, diligent, initiative, proactive, high motivated, and energetic personality.
