What will you do :

• Provide technical support and maintain products on the customer’s site.
• Work in teams to provide the best technical support for customer experience.
• Monitor the system performance.
• Collaboratively detect and solve issues that occurred in a production system.
• Participate in both on-site and on-call technical support based on night or day shift work.
• Write technical documents and reports for customers.
• Communicate knowledge and solutions to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Computer engineering, or other software development-related major.
• Have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic Java Programming, Python, Docker.
• Had experiences with Unix/Linux platform and shell scripting (sh, bash, Korn, and Perl are preferred).
• Understanding of TCP/IP and applications (Telnet, SSH, (S)FTP, and HTTP(S) and Packet Analyzer are preferred)
• Had experiences with database administration and SQL (Oracle and MySQL are preferred).
• Strong communication skills, good time management, and stress management.
