Requirements:
- Responsible of all recruitment end to end process Head Office and Site Office
- Work closely with User to understand their staff requirements, specifics job objectives, and manpower planning
- Must have a working knowledge of promoting job opportunities through the use of social media
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media
- Maintain database (recruitment employee, blacklist data), track hiring summary, and arrange report on hiring process
- Ensure all the documents of new joiners are completed
- Performing on boarding activities
- Responsible to reminding of the expired contractual agreement of all employee
- Responsible to manage the probation period of all new joiners, as well as their probation evaluation assessment
- Responsible of evaluation assessment of all the employee annually
- Assist the HR Generalist
- Other required support from HR function
Knowledge & Skills:
- Psychological tools and test
- BEI Interview skills
- Computer literate (Ms. Office) MUST
- Detail and likes administrative work
- Fluent in English written and verbal is a MUST
Requirements:
- S1 Psychology
- 3 Years experience
- Preferably experience in mining company
