Lowongan M&A – Sr. Associate di PT Bdx Data Center Indonesia

ROLE SUMMARY

The incumbent will work closely with the Executive leaders hip team to lead the strategic growth initiatives of BDx in the APAC and MENA markets . The objective of the role is to grow BDx into target markets through M&A and JV partnership s and greenfield and brownfield opportunities. The role would

also include raising debt financing at the asset The executive will be an integral part of the team that will participate in determining the BDx growth strategy

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TOWARDS USER

â–ª Part of the M&A team involved in analyzing organic & in-organic growth opportunities

â–ª Lead transaction execution & management of greenfield/ brownfield and M&A projects

â–ª Prepare financial projections and analyze financial & operating information to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyze the impacts of different capital structures and potential M&A transactions

â–ª Undertake sensitivity analysis under various growth scenarios and provide pros/ cons

â–ª Responsible to perform valuation analyses using various methodologies including discounted cash flow, trading comparables and transaction comparables

â–ª Responsible for leading the preparation of presentations and information memoranda to support transaction activity and present to Investment Committee

â–ª Assist the core M&A team for end-to-end transaction execution including Due Diligence and Documentation activities

â–ª Actively lead and liaise transaction related activities with all stakeholders: external consultants (lawyers, financial, tax, technical, etc) and internal team

â–ª Conduct market study research across multiple geographies for new market entry strategy

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

ESSENTIAL

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accountancy or equivalent AND/OR Evidence of Exceptional ability for the role.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

-Overall Experience - 4 to 6 Years

-Hands on experience of executing & managing end-to-end M&A/ PE (buy-side/ sell side) transactions activities with 360* exposure across all stages of transaction execution.

- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English language

- Ability to work under pressure

- Ability to work to tight deadlines and produce good quality work

- Able to multitask to manage multiple projects

- Confident at presenting and talking to clients and vendors

- Self-motivated and resourceful; able to multi-task and focus on delivering results

- An enthusiastic team member who collaborates well with others and builds strong working relationships
