Lowongan Beach Operasional Manager di PT Krakatau Lampung Tourism Development

·Requirement :

·      Present a professional appearance and attitude at all times

·      Maintain an excellent standard of customer service

·      Create a safe beach environment for both staff and guests

·      Oversee the maintenance, repair and security equipment and the satisfactory appearance to ensure that they meet guest expectations

·      Organise a working rota based on watersports Instructors qualifications ratios

·      Lead a team to set up, pack up, and proactively provide assistance to all guests using the equipment on the beach each day

·      To create a centre specific operating procedure manual based around the standard operating procedure minimum standards.

·      Risk assess all aspects of the beach operation. Monitor this and update on a daily basis where required

·      To practically help coordinate the set up of the beach and glamping at the start of the season and the pack down at the end of the season

·      Train, motivate and appraise the beach team to ensure the highest levels of instruction, and coordinate and deliver a training programme assuming responsibility for the development of the instructors

·      Develop positive working relationships with all local society

·      Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties as requested by your Director according to training you have been given

Qualifications :

·     Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

·     Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English

·     At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·     Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

·     Experiences handle profit and loss

·     Experiences with pass growing industry

·     Have the ability and skill in directing and pushing the team in the achievement of performance targets

·     Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

·     Willing to work in lampung
