Job Description

1. Based on the analysis of the local credit market in Indonesia, he has keen product insight and judgment, defines the demand and direction of banks, BPR, and other financial institutions for data, and implements productive ways. Dig the potential of data and realize the actual application scenarios of customers.
2. Complete product planning and iteration according to customer requirements, and design optimal solutions for different financial institutions.
3. During project implementation, monitor project quality, understand customer feedback, make reasonable analyses and judgments on product feedback data, and better conduct product iteration.
4. Manage and supervise the, and manage the risk of the deliverables.
5. Act as the project leader of one or more project data management, arrange project personnel, and evaluate the performance of team members.
6. Lead the product team to complete the project within the schedule.
7. Handling enterprise requirements and crafting custom solutions.
8. Determining customer insights using qualitative and quantitative methods.
9. Assisting the Business team to achieve business metrics and company goals. 
10. Leading conversations in a consultative manner with both internals and externals.

Requirements:

1. A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or other technical fields
2. At least 5 years of experience at tech companies with a robust track record in building or growing a business
3. Good technical background with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and web technologies; with an aptitude for solving complex problems
4. Have strong data abstraction and definition ability, strong logic ability, and strong data analysis ability
5. Have keen business insight and unique insight into the financial industry
6. Good at communication and expression, good at understanding customer needs, and can quickly give feedback
7. Both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
8. Those with the following abilities are preferred:

• More than 3 years of project team management experience
• Working in a bank or BPR/BPRS with experience in risk control or credit scoring
