Job Responsibilities

Tax Compliance:

1. Responsible to review and ensure Taxation Data Validation (WHT and VAT) in Gold Coin Group Indonesia
2. Manage and monitor the tax-related business process and workflows in order to ensure compliance towards tax and transfer pricing framework as well as responsible for on-time submission of all required tax documents
3. Monitor the implementation of internal procedures and potentially J-SOX controls in the tax area.
4. Prepare state Corporate Income Tax Returns (CITR) and related work papers to ensure compliance with Indonesian Tax Regulations and meet Gold Coin standards.
5. Manage Corporate Tax Projection, all tax accounts, and any related party transactions to comply with arm's length principles including the related supporting documents.
6. Preparation for Transfer Pricing Documentation and e-CBC Notifications
7. Collaborate with the Tax team in SG and PH when required
8. Ensure proper Tax documentation

Tax Litigation:

1. Ensure valid data or Tax Audit, Tax Objection, Tax Appeal, and Judicial Review 
2. Collaborate with an external Tax Consultant for Tax Audit 
3. Coordinate with Finance Controller in order to design tax planning strategies that align with business objectives.
4. Manage tax process by understanding the business process with matrix structures in order to identify possible tax audit findings and propose a mitigation tax action plan in the future.
5. Lead the Tax Audit process by ensuring all working papers / supporting documents are prepared accurately and timely in submission, identifying any potential issues, and coordinating with other relevant functions to minimize the risk of the tax litigation process.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Tax / Accounting or above.
• Minimum 30 years old.
• At least 5 years of working experience as a Tax Assistant Manager, preferably from Manufacturing   and Multinational Companies
• Has Brevet A & B and USKP A (would be a plus)

Languages and Communication Skills

• Good in English both oral and written.
• Able to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds.
• Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. 
• Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, management, employees, and vendors.
