Job Requirements:

* Proven experience with minimum 2 years of working in Accounting field

* Working knowledge of fund accounting, VAT regulation, and inventory

* Excellent Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word skills, ability to handle, maintain and present financial data accurately

* Ability to structure and carry outcomplex reconciliations

* High level of accuracy and attention to detail

* Ability to apply a disciplined and organized approach to workloads to meet internal and statutory deadlines

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Knowledge of Word, databases and an ability to feed into system and process improvements

* Execellent organization and time management skills

Job Responsibilities:

* Optimize financial accounting report structure

* Preparation of monthly management accounts

* Balance sheet reconciliations (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)

* Bank reconciliation & Cash flow reporting

* Maintenance of Fixed Assets register and reconciliation to nominal ledger on monthly basis

* Budget upload to accounting system and reconciliation

* Maintenance of funds on monthly basis

* Assistance with yearend schedules and reporting

* Reconciliation and processing of till information in Lodge and Colleng Bar

* Management of company accounting, monthly VAT returns and CIS submissions

* Ad-hoc project support
