Lowongan Sales Manager di PT Generasi Sehat Cerdas

Responsibilities:

1. Create trade promotions & marketing strategies across all distribution platforms: offline distribution, online marketplaces, website 
2. Implement and try out new sales channels
3. Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans for Marketing and Trade promotions with alignment in accordance to target 
4. Delegate responsibilities & enforce work culture
5. Set weekly performance goals (KPI index). Maintain project and target timelines, and ensure their completion
6. Onboard sales force in respective department to achieve objectives for sales and market share

Requirements:

1. Experience in FMCG is a must with minimum 5 years 
2. Able to work at Srengseng, Jakarta Barat
