Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least bachelor degree of Psychology or Management of Human Resource
• Minimum 2 years working experiences in a related position
• Good knowledge in Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan), Peraturan Perusahaan, and BPJS Kesehatan & Tenaga Kerja
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal relation skills, including the ability to effectively liaise with people at all levels
• Strong administrative skills and computer literate (Ms. Office)
• Good attention to detail, critical thinker, strong leadership, and good team player
• Able to work under pressure
• Willing to work in Kuta Mandalika, Lombok

Job Descriptions:

• Handle recruitment process (job posting, interview, offering, onboarding)
• Responsible in payroll and BPJS administration
• Maintain and monitoring employees data record
• Review and developing HR policies and ensuring it in accordance with labor law
• Maintain a good employees relation and addressing problems that occurs in workplace
• Managing company's assets and inventories
• Monitoring office consumable stuffs
