Job Description :

• A Social Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring a company is conducting business in full compliance with said laws, regulations, practices, and standards. This role serves both an ethical and pragmatic function.

Qualification :

• Indonesian national, minimum S1 Degree preferably in Law, and the age range of 30-35 years old.
• Minimum of 6-8 years working experience with good skill as a Social Compliance officer in Garment Industry.
• The candidate should be good experience in handling audits.
• Should be able to communicate in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• The candidate should be capable of ensuring that:
• All SOP’s are in place for social and ethical compliance activities and updated.
• Needs to create awareness and training on Health, Safety EMS, and other social aspects to employees.
• Ensure that all safety requirements are adhered to.
• Good knowledge of local rules and regulations.
• Laisse with social compliance auditors and ensure that corrective action plans are prepared and implemented.
