1. Implement, control and evaluate the main strategies and policies relating to the procurement plan and purchase of goods, and price analysis
2. Controlling and monitoring the stages of the purchasing process from requests for requests, price quotations, preparation of administrative completeness, accuracy of purchases to the arrival of the goods that have been ordered
3. Prepare and provide estimated data on the number and date of arrival of goods that have been ordered
4. Reviewing and issuing purchase recapitulation reports periodically (weekly, monthly, quarterly, semester and yearly) as well as analysis of accuracy based on the budget
5. Designing and implementing a procurement strategy including mechanisms for: guarantees/guarantees for the purchase of goods, terms of payment, and complaints/complaints about the product/goods as well as product/goods returns/returns
6. Manage expenses against the budget, control expenses related to changes in the Supply Chain Department
7. Responsible for controlling activities and reporting: inventory level, on-time delivery, forecast accuracy
8. Designing and implementing factory warehousing strategies for storage and distribution of raw materials, production materials and finished products including layout, FIFO system, Barcode system and others

10. Carry out evaluation activities for the transportation fleet including timeliness, service quality, product guarantees not damaged during transportation and also the physical condition of the vehicle

Qualification :

1. Age 25 - 45 years
2. Minimum Education Bachelor Degree, having 3 years experience as Supply Chain Manager
3. Have a good knowledge in PPIC, Warehouse, Procurement, Logistic, and Inventory Control
4. Good communication in English or Mandarin
5. Have strong leadership and daily report
6. Result oriented and detailed
7. Familiar with MS Office and Software 
8. Have Certification ISO 9001 : 2015
