Product Specialist Senior Supervisor

Job Description:

• Liasing with and persuading targeted clients (laboratories/hospital management) to suggest our products
• Presenting and detailing products, maintaining detailed records
• Assessing customer needs and present suitable strategy
• Reviewing sales performance, writing reports, other documentation and feedback
• Create and organize marketing plan and promotional material
• Responsible to provide and organize technical and application sales support
• Organize the support to solve technical problems
• Coordinate with production team and distributor to ensure stock availability

Job Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in biomedical/biotechnology, or related majors (master degree is preferred).
• A minimum of 1 year of work experience in this position and in the related field
• Experienced in molecular biology lab is preferrable
• Required knowledge: great knowledge of PCR, RT-PCR, DNA/RNA-related sample processing (familiar with DNA/RNA extraction method), cancer and infectious disease
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills
• Interested in marketing & sales, creative, fast learner, highly motivated, and highly mobile.
