Job Description:

1. Becoming a center for receiving customer complaint services and improving customer service.

2. Make reports and analyses related to customer complaints periodically.

3. To Develop Customer Service Staff and improve performance related client requirement.

4. Prepare schedule for Customer Service Staff.

5. Checking the facilities used by customer service (ERP & Chat) is running well.

6. Maintaining Store Performance

7. Being the coordinator for Customer Service divisions in terms of handling customer complaints and setting and create improvement guidance of each problem. 

Job Requirement:

1.    Minimum Bachelor's degree in any background.

2.    Good communication both in spoken and written English.

3.    Have clear logical thinking and problem analysis ability.

4.    Having experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader with length of years experience must be at least 2 years.

5.    Have strong forward-looking work, excellent service insight and professionalism.
