Lowongan WELDING ENGINEER di PT Varley Indonesia

Requirement :

Candidate must process at least Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering or other related field.

Minimum 3 year of experience in a similar position.

Certified Welding Engineer ( IWE ) and NDT is preferred.

Knowledge and practical experience of common welding processes such as SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, GTAW and SAW.

Knowledge and familiar with international standar API 650

Knowledge and familiar make WPS

Resourceful, proactive, higly motivated and a self-starter with integrity and dedication

Willing to be place in Jatiuwung Tangerang 

Responsibilities :

Define welding process and WPS used

Calculate welding labor hours and consumable required for the project

Provide technical support to production day to day related welding issue

Develop welding repair plan

Maintain welder qualification

Lead analytical and perform corrective action using proven technique related welding defect

Drive continues improvement on welding quality
