- Find customers who would purchase company's service and products.
- Understand company's services and products feature.
- Planning and managing sales strategy
- Looking for new customer
- Achieve sales target weekly, monthly and yearly
- Produce regular reports of sales progress and plan
- Confer with customers to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders.
- Solicit sales of new or additional services or products.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Complete contract forms, prepare change of address records.
- Determine charges for services requested.
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or any planned adjustments.
- Working with the team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts so that agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes are met on time.
- Contacting potential clients via social media and other sales funnels.
- Other duties are assigned
Requirements:
- ​Maximum 33 years old
- Applicant must having successful sales experience in any field minimum 3 years
- Applicant mus having B2B background
- Excellent English proficiency both oral and writing (Fluent in one or more Western European language or East Asian language will be an advantage).
- Excellent in writing reports and business corespondences.
- Possess an outgoing personality with a good looking and well groomed appearance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer-literate.
- Hardworking, creative thinking and love challenge.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Candidate must be competitive, result driven, have a good time management skill, attention to detail, customer focus orientation
- Willingness to work under high pressure with tight target.
- Able to work a flexible schedule as needed and participate in activities outside of regular office hours.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a sales background.
