HR Admin is responsible for administrative tasks in recruitment, orientation, and employee attendance. Assist in payroll process and providing training/development programs.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree of Psychology/Business Administration/Management or relevant field.
• Min. 2 years of work experience in the same field.
• Having knowledge of HR functions such as payroll and benefits, recruitment, training and development.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.

Job Description:

• Work with users in identifying needed talents.
• Prepare job descriptions, posting ads, and hiring process include appropriate background check.
• Provide counseling and orientation on company policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee records of attendance, time off, and performance.
• Review applied employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
