Role Overview Leasing, Market Research & Outreach

· Managing & updating data bank at Leasing Department.

· Landlord relation (coordination & follow up).

· Market research for competitors & potential sites.

· Outreach Club potential sales.

· Coordination with internal.

Duties Data bank

·Document filling including agreement, correspondences, rental & service charge calculation and all related documents.

· Reviewing agreement clause by clause and prepare summary for potential harmful article.

·Updating lease expiry date, rental & service charge in order to have a sufficient time for negotiation and all administrative purposes (including RSO files (rental tracker, escalation schedule, etc)).

Duties Landlord Relation

· Monitoring commercial issue (renewal, outstanding, payment).

· Monitoring Club related issue (e.g. leaking, operational hour, etc).

· Monitoring for Landlord support (e.g. Casual Leasing, concession, outdoor activities, etc).

·Other administrative purposes (e.g. documents needed by Landlord, meeting arrangement, etc).

Duties Market Research

·Monitoring, data gathering & reporting of competitors and their expansion to have a better understanding on competitor map.

·Monitoring, data gathering & reporting of new potential sites.

· Monitoring, data gathering & reporting on new mall development.

Duties Outreach Club Potential Sales

·Support for potential additional sales for Club Casual Leasing & Activities at neighbouring mall.

Duties Coordination with Internal

·Inter departmental coordination for data requirements & others.

Qualifications:

· Computer literate (especially in Excel & Power Point).

· Good time management skill.

· Minimum 1-year experience in Tenant Relations and or Expansion.

·Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Management / Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent.

· Legal & basic financial knowledge.

· Excellent communication skill (oral and written)

· English fluency (oral and written)

· Passion and interest in fitness is a distinct advantage

· Have experience in documentation & preparation of commercials, agreements, technical & RFP (Request for Proposal)
