• Define,implement and monitor effective process of managing legal compliance and safety management system
• Deploy ofi global safety policies and procedures into effective and practical local processes and practices
• Support implementation of reporting process
• Reaching the maturity level of safety culture
• Estabilish and maintain an effective process of reporting and ivestigating (RCA) incidents
• Conduct regular safety inspection
• Analyze the needs for safety training and safety coaching

Job Requirements:

• Min. S1 graduate in K3 (Safety and Health)/Chemical Engineering/Public Health
• Min. 5 years of previous related experience, as a safety in manufacturing/ plant company
• Must have in-depth knowledge of occupational health safety
• Have certificate: Ahli K3 Safety / Occupational safety and health - Ministry of Manpower, Fire Fighting License (preferable A, B, C)
• Basic knowledge in English communication, both written and oral
• Excellent communication skills to pass important messages (precautions) to workers and management
• Familiar to develop the emergency preparadness and response plan
• Familiar to develop contractor safety management system
