• Develop and execute sales plans (target achievement, sales strategy, performance measurement, business tactics, and daily management)-Employee a consultative selling approach to ensure success in achieving the sales quota
• Maintain mutual relationship with customer, partner and principal
• Sourcing potential clients through several channels
• Maintain database contain existing and new clients
• Develop excellent relationship with clients to fulfill their needs
• Negotiate and close agreements to maximize profits

Requirements :

• Must have an experience as Account Manager / Sales Project in IT Company : HARDWARE - CCTV/ LABEL PRODUCT / AUTO ID / RFID / SECURITY SYSTEM & SOFTWARE - HRIS / ASSET / WMS MANAGEMENT
• Having minimum 3 years of proven sales track record in developing IT (Software/Hardware) B2B / end User for All industries sector
• Have a wide knowledge and relations
• Able to work individually or in a team
• Have excellent communication & interpersonal skill (verbal and written)
• Strong data management and ability to analyse problems and resolve swiftly
• Having hunter mentality
• Able to build and foster good relationship with customers
• Able to grasp customer's requirement and propose good solutions for customers
• Able to work with target
