Lowongan Sales & Training Project Leader di PT Harmoni Dinamik Indonesia

Responsibilities :

• Build Relationship with Center.
• Make schedule monthly to calls Center and reporting.
• Socialize agreement and program from Head Office HDI in order to increase sales Center.
• Developed strategy & action plan to growing business with monitoring sales product, active members and new members.
• Give Coaching and Training to enhance Center ability, knowledge, self confidence, motivation, Strategy Sales Marketing and etc.
• Searching and Approach Candidate of New Center.
• Give Insight from field about competitor, market situation etc.
• Do other task to support achievement sales HDI.

Requirements :

• Graduated from D3/S1 manajemen etc.
• Have experience in retail industry or MLM will became advantage min 2 years.
• Understand to use microsoft office : email, words, excel, power point, and also familiar with MLM system.
• Have ability to speak and written Bahasa and English.
• Have ability to negotiatiation.
• Good interpersonal skill, Good Communication and have ability to do presentation and Training.
