Lowongan HR Operations di PT Indo Partners Plantation Services

Supports the entire employee life cycle and assists employees and management in their day-to-day tasks.

You will be more responsible for:

• Ensure that the end-to-end HR Operations process such as Operations / Office management, TKA arrangements, event organize for internal activity, and etc.
• Supports positive employee experience.
• Update and maintain HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data, when needed
• Process changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases
• Support HR priority projects with any administrative activity
• Provide necessary HR Operations and administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements.
• Other ad-hoc projects.

You will demonstrate the following requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 4 years of working experience in HR Operation/HR general functions. Office management or PA/GA can apply.
• Prior experience in agribusiness/growing business will be advantage.
• Organized, detailed-oriented, and meticulous.
• Service oriented with positive and growth mindset.
• Strong grit and work-ethics.
• Independent and collaborative problem solver.
• Proactive keen learner, welcome changes and challenges as learning opportunities.
• Good communication in both English (conversational) and Bahasa Indonesia
