• Perform cost estimating & control Services, project planning and scheduling for Company’s projects both at individual or portfolio level which shall include but not limited to: cost estimating, cost control & forecasting, portofilio compilation and scheduling for 12 months ahead, develop and update project schedule (up to level4), work with Company’s project control team dan Construction Contractor to develop and update master schedule (resources loaded, WBS based), identify critical path in project schedule, etc
• Prepare construction cost monitoring report and guide Construction Contractor to develop and maintain Contractor's processes and procedures related with project planning and scheduling for project executed by Construction Contractor and supervised by Contractor. This include in providing monthly project cost accrual for Construction Contractor and Contractor, as well as monitor target achievement in Work Order
• Assist and guide Construction Contractor to develop and maintain Contractor's processes and procedures related with cost estimating and control.
• Prepare detailed schedule for project execution covering all associated activities (such as: construction, commissioning, equipment certification, construction management, procurement of goods & services, etc.), interconnection among activities and determining critical path activities, by referring to historical data and/or appropriate duration benchmarks and/or professional judgment.
• Work closely with Company and Construction Contractor during performance of cost estimating & control services for Company’s projects
• Prepare detailed cost estimate for project execution covering all associated cost components (such as: detail engineering, construction, commissioning, equipment certification, construction management, procurement of goods & services, project overheads, etc.) by using budgetary quotations for major equipment and by referring to historical data and/or appropriate cost benchmarks and/or professional judgment.

REQ:

Minimum education is bachelor degree (S1) in engineering, science, economics, management or computer with 6 years or diploma (D3) with minimum 10 years working experience in project cost estimating and control with minimum 3 years of which experience as a Cost Controller/Scheduller/Planner for oil and gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
