Job Requirement

  1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, administration, management, psychology, and related
  2. Minimum 3 years working experience in Human Resources.
  3. Experience handling HR Operation, Human Capital Implementation, Training and Development, Manpower Planning, HR Administration, Performance Management, and GA.
  4. High proficiency in Computer applications, such as: Ms. Word, Ms. Outlook, and Ms. Excel.
  5. Must have good communication and presentation skills.
  6. High proficiency in both English is preferable.
  7. Must have previous experience working independently or with minimal supervision.
  8. Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong follow-through required.
  9. Details oriented and had good analytical skill.

Job Description

  1. Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
  2. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  3. Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  4. Develop and implement effective onboarding and orientation programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
  5. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  6. Oversee and manage performance appraisal, training management, and employee event.
  7. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  8. Handling office matter including payment, maintenance, cleanliness, etc
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development initiatives.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  11. Ensuring all documents are stored in safe locations and in good working order.
